IN ORDER TO HAVE A HEALTHY,HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS LIFE AND THEREBY ACHIEVE THE WELLNESS, IT IS ALWAYS NECESSARY TO EAT A LIGHT/BALANCED FOOD AND KEEP THE INNER BODY CLEAN WITHOUT TOXINS AND CONSTIPATION WITH LIGHT EXERCISE OR WALKING.THIS IS THE GREATEST AND THE NATURAL MEDITATION.
