 SCIENTIFIC MEDITATION.

1. MAKE IT A HABIT, AFTER TAKING YOUR MEALS,TO SIT COMFORTABLY AND RELAXED FOR SOME TIME ON YOUR FOLDED LEGS GIVING WEIGHT OF YOUR BODY ON YOUR FOLDED LEGS.
2.OTHERWISE WHILE MEDITATING, SIT CALMLY,RELAXED IN ANY COMFORTABLE POSITION LIKED BY YOU AND IMAGINE YOUR BODY IN A CONE OR A TRIANGLE AS THE LEAVE OF A PEEPAL TREE OR A BURNING FIRE IN YOUR INTESTINES WITH ITS SMOKE GOING UP, PASSING YOUR LUNGS AND GOING OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSTRILS.
3.GO ON WATCHING YOUR INCOMING AND OUT GOING RESPIRATION ON YOUR NOSTRILS WITH EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION OF YOUR LUNGS EASILY AND NORMALLY.
