MEDITATION IS THE ANCIENT PRACTICE OF EXPERIENCING THE PASSING OR FLOW OF THE QUANTUM/MICRO STUFF [THE CLOUDY OR MOISTURIZED ATMOSPHERE [UPWARD OR DOWNWARDS OR ANY WAY]THROUGH OUR BODY,IN ORDER TO REALIZE OUR DIFFERENT STATES OF FEELINGS OF OUR TENSIONS,DISTURBANCES,DISORDERS OR HEALING, PEACE AND WELLNESS.
