MEDITATION.
WE ALL KNOW THAT OUR MIND CONCENTRATION TOWARDS OUR HEAD CAUSES OUR TENSION,INCREASE OUR PALPITATION AND BLOOD PRESSURE, NUMBS OUR FEET AND REDUCES OUR AWARENESS, THERE BY AGES US FOR EARLY DEATH.THEREFORE AVOID GOING TOWARDS HEAD FOR ANTI AGING AND LONG LIFE AND MEDITATE ACCORDINGLY.
