THE MEDITATION IS NOT SIMPLY TO CLOSE YOUR EYES BUT TO BE COMPLETELY RELAXED AND AT REST AND TO OBSERVE WITH YOUR OPEN EYES KEENLY AND SCIENTIFICALLY AND BE AWARE AND CONSCIOUS ABOUT THE HAPPENINGS, RELATIONSHIP AND EXPERIENCE ITS FEELINGS WITHIN THE INSIDE OF YOUR BODY AND THE OUTER ENVIRONMENT IN ORDER TO KNOW, UNDERSTAND AND CONCEPTUALIZE THE SECRETS OF YOUR BEING AND THE SPACE AND ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH YOU ARE ALWAYS LIVING.MEDITATION IS TO CREATE CONSCIOUSNESS AND AWARENESS OPPOSITE TO EFFECTS OF N2O GAS [KUNDALINI].
