 WHAT IS MEDITATION ?

THE RELAXATION OF OUR COMPLETE BODY AND MIND,LIKE A SOLID/CONTRACTED FLESH/MUSCLES ON OUR SKELETON HAS TURNED INTO A SPONGE FOR THE CROSS VENTILATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT/LIFE ENERGY IS THE MEDITATION.
