MEDITATION IS A PROCESS OF REPLACING THE TENSION GIVING MIND GOING UPWARD TOWARDS YOUR HEAD TO DOWN TO YOUR LEGS AND FEET AND THEN GOING TO EARTH WITH CALM,RELAXING,SILENCE AND PEACEFUL MIND FOR WELLNESS,THROUGH SITTING RELAXED WITH IMAGINING THAT YOUR DRY, EARTH DUST PARTICLES ARE SETTLING DOWN TO GROUND AND THE MOISTURE PARTICLES OR DEW DROPS FROM THE SKY ARE POURING INTO YOUR BODY AND PRODUCING SALIVA IN YOUR MOUTH AS AUSHUDHI AND FEELING YOU COOL CALM,QUITE,RELAXED,SILENT AND AT PEACE.
