MEDITATION WITH RESPIRATION
Sit or stand in vertical posture. relax your body.Now focus your attention on your lungs.Convert the lungs in to a triangle with its vertex at meeting point of two eyebrows .Now keeping the vertex at that point only, extend the base of triangle to your feet.It will look like capital A. This will supply the oxygen to your whole body and make the mind calm and at peace.Now invert this triangle to look like capital V, with its vertex at feet and extend the base to head. It will allow the carbon dioxide to go out easily.If you have constipation.,while passing stools you can sit with making V with its vertex at your anus for some time till the pressure is built and the dry stool gets moisturised . Do this meditation any time and for a time you like with A-V-A-V order.This meditation will keep you tensionfree and healthy.
