The normal and easy Meditation

Our body is home of divine life energies to stay for a life period.,to conduct  some work on this planet,as directed by The Supreme energy.Therefore, we are robotic bio machines  made and operated by god through remote control.Respiration is the mother function of all other functions in the body to run the life show.Nose is the divine gate for going in and going out of respiration in the body.we know, death happens with the end of respiration process due to any reason. Guru Nanak said body as Hairy Mandir that means Home of God and its nose as Gurudawar  that means gate of  respiration or air.Our research on health has found that most of health problems are related to our disturbed mind.The reason behind disturbed mind is that our brain works better or normal when it is cool but gets disturbed when gets hot,because it is magnetism in the brain and nervous system, which is disturbed by heat.Mind is function of brain and magnetism, the computer of God. When we breath in oxygen the body releases its carbon to oxygen to form carbon dioxide.We know that carbon dioxide is carrier of heat energy. If we do not breath it out completely it rises to brain and heats it up and disturb the mind. The most easy method to cool mind is to focus attention on nostrils from where the breathing is coming in and going out or blow it out through mouth. In yoga it is called pranayam. Paying attention to any one activity of mind is called dhyan in meditation.

Upper pressure,Pollution, Mind and Health

Everybody feels some pressure from top on our body with a humming sound.When it is not allowed to pass through the body down to the earth, or made to slip to side, it creates lot of problems in the body, because it acts like a hanging pendulum or perpendicular to our sitting or standing central line.Here you get relieved when you touch your forehead to Mother Earth to earth it or getting the help of acupressure or massage or go to rest or take bath.Actually it is this energy which carries all other energies along with it.It revolves like a wheel or whirlpool around body with its center in the body..The reason behind problems in the body are due to the Resistance of body to this energy.When all resistance is removed through relaxation, the body becomes supercoductor with no problem.Therefor to relieve physical and mental stress for wellness it is very essential to learn the art of complete relaxation of body and mind through Meditation, in this age of most competitiveness. Mind is the lower energies which reacts opposite to this pressure of upper enegy.The action and reaction of upper and lower energies is equal and opposite. Here mind is resistance to upper energy.

Pollution of  foods, water and air is also becoming the major cause of  diseases.Air being our atma is required to be most pure, but,alas,we are cutting our own branch of life on which we are sitting .Preventing production of  all types of pollutants and growing more and more vegetation is the only solution for achieving health and wealth. Because real wealth is that which can be directly used as constituents  for generating life energy,like pure foods, water and air.  Money is used only for  exchange of materials required for living.Other items for leading a happy and prosperous life are also required,but, we are discussing here life as energy.

Biomagnetism, Health and Wealth Engineering

Life is a combined process of photons,electrons ,protons and neutrons all existing in the universal nature.


Photons provide heat, light,and sound energy where as electrons, protons and neutrons form atoms of various elements, These atoms further forms molecules of living and nonliving mater.Spiritually life engineering is a process of vision, respiration and food, Manipulation of all these constituents is the basis of  spiritual health and spiritual wealth on  Mother Earth. Life energy is produced from food oxidation through respiration which generates magnetism and electricity to run the life show. The continuation of this process is life where as discontinuation  is death.     


        To understand life in the body one has to understand bio magnetism with head as north pole and soles as south pole.Left and right arms, legs, brains, eyes, nostrils, lungs, lever-spleen, kidneys and some other organs divided in left and right are two sides of magnetism. Respiration is the central activity of magnetism Dynamic respiration generates dynamic life and slow respiration generates slow life processes.The body generates aura of magnetism from  center to outwards which has different colours due to presence of water in the body and light outside. Attraction between opposite poles is love and love is god.
           Vegetation means grass, herbals, bushes, plants and trees,These use carbon from our expired respiration as their food and provide to us food, oxygen, medicines, clothing and shelter materials.Therefor our life fully depends on  vegetation.This give and take cycle between vegetation and other living world is the real life relationship.We must grow more and more vegetation if we want to survive otherwise this life cycle will get imbalanced.Most advanced spirituality can also help to manage weather,clouds, rain and sun shine for vegetation.Therefor spirituality is a science of health and wealth on earth.

Spirituality and God

Spirituality is a science of bio-energy existing in biosphere consisting of bio ash, water & atmosphere enlightened by solar energy. All these planes of energies exist around earth in sphere. The sun is the source of solar energy, which excites these spheres to form life, support life and end life, therefore sun can be called the supreme power. The game of all these devine energies can be called as GOD. We observe that these energies exists in two parts, one as light from sun and another as darkness from earth outwards in its aura, that means except light everything is in darkness.

Similar energies exist in all living things on earth. As far as human beings are concerned, life is driven by air respiration and blood circulation in them, which is further excited or lowered to its various levels by solar rays strings. For being spiritual, one has to observe all these above energies working in the body and enjoy the Game Of Divine (GOD) energies, which is felt as pure love on feeling level with a lovely sound. This process of observation is called meditation, a life style of health, happiness, prosperity and divinity.

On observation within me through meditation I have found the followings in earth as well as body.

Water	Fluids
Rivers	Nerves
Air	Lungs (Respiration)
Sunlight	Vision
Atmosphere	Atma (Spirit)
Himalya	Brain and Head

As the movement of magma and gases in earth is caused by imbalance of atmospheric pressure outside causing earthquakes to happen and volcanoes to errupt similarly high blood pressure vertigo, headaches, heartattack,apoplexy or brain heomerage are made to happen by bio gasses generated in the body which are due to imbalance of pressure in the atmospheric aura of the body outside. As the clouds are formed outside similarly emotions occur inside the body. As rain and sunshine happen outside similarly tears and sweat happen inside the body. Every activity that happens inside or outside the earth, happens with the body also.Therefore body and its aura is 100% replica of earth and its atmosphere related with sun. If you make peace to happen in the body it happens to your surroundings and earth also. This is called Spirtuallity
As solar energy and air make clouds to generate and travel through the sky, we can make our thoughts to generate and travel in the sky to other places. Thoughts are nothing but are electrical impulses in the form of audio and video frequencies in the magnetic cloud, here it becomes the phenomenon, the game of photons, electrons, protons and neutrons on a very high level, on the earth as well as on the body.Here the body emerges it self into the real God which is the basis of knowledge of physics and chemistry including bio physics and chemistry of life. The body also works like a magnet as earth with head as North and soles as South polarity. The effect of gravitation happen at naval, the nucleus or the gravitational center. Through meditation we can change these polarities to have peace of mind or Smadhi. Smadhi is also called the state of smadhan (Solution) to all human problems.The disturbed mind is abnormal  psychology where as the peaceful mind is normal psychology. All illusions and mythologies are the by products of abnormal psychology.  Going beyond psychology is Godliness, which is pure sky or Nothingness.
My aim  to explain all this is to say that spiritualism and science are not two but one. Spirituality is explored through body as a laboratory where as science is explored through sensitive instruments and devices in the outside world.

Let me share what I know.

I am Karam Singh, a retired officer from HMT, India. I was born in 1942 in a small village of distt Patiala in Punjab state of India. I completed my formal education in mechanical engineering in 1961 and there after I joined Hindustan Machine Tools, a large public sector enterprise. Since childhood I was interested in exploring the unknown. I studied alternative medicines, various therapies, religions and spiritual practices for years to know the truth about life and death.
