Our body is the shelter [temple] of our process of life happening in it.The life is the fire of food being oxidised through breathing.Regulation of this fire is the science of spirituality to normalise the process of life at calmness and peace of mind.The mind is the function of our brain and nervous system run by the energy produced by the fire of life.More this fire energy [heat], more the mind is disturbed.Calmness and peace is available with the reduction of this life fire [heat] energy.

AWARENESS AND MIND

Awareness and mind are two sides of the same coin. Awareness is the side of light where as mind is the side of darkness.The main content of darkness is water and its various forms with dust and smoke.It is the mind which contains all desires and memories in it in the form of audio and vedio recording.During whole life period one goes on trying to fulfill his or her desires by hook or crook.Where as fulfilling desires is the only aim of life,but it is good only to the extent if it is through good means,through honesty,love and nonviolence which is good and beneficial for society and its environment. This is the only way which is called DHARMAorRELIGION.The reverse way through bad means that is dishonesty, hate and violence is not good for any one. The ultimate aim of every one is to live healthy,happy ,peaceful and satisfied life.We must strive for such a system of society and its government where good order is prevailed.Every body can introspect his or her mind with the awareness, GOD is providing it regularly without fail, to retain only good traits and discard the bad traits from the mind and be purified to act in good deeds for a better and better life in this beautiful existence.

GOD IS EXISTENCE

The EXISTENCE is SPACE [SKY] containing in it MATTER [SOLID,LIQUID, GASAND PLASMA] and ALL TYPES OF ENERGIES [with or without light], in a revolving and floating state. Visualise it WHOLE to experience GOD. THE EXISTENCE IS ALWAYS WITH YOU.You have not to find it or search it any where else.
